In addition to its highly portable design, the D326MX offers rapid startup and instant shutdown features that enable you to instantly begin your presentation and then shut down the projector without the usual cool-down period. However the 825MS wins on all other factors. Resolution: The D825MS is SVGA resolution, with 800*600 pixels. For simple powerpoints that would be fine. The D326MX is XGA resolution at 1024 X 768 pixels. If you need to show Excel worksheets the higher resolution is critical (otherwise you are constantly scrolling back and forth, making for a painful meeting or presentation. When I used it for PowerPoints, the Text also looked very sharp. Small Size: The cabinet of the projector is very small.
